Upon isolating a client need, we initiate a comprehensive plan of action; the key elements of which include the following:

  1. Meeting with you and your team to understand your needs, mission, goals and strategies;
  2. Extensive consulting with you to craft and confirm a precise position description and a summary of the technical and behavioural attributes which the (best fit) candidates should possess;
  3. Developing a plan of action for the search incorporating our proprietary database of candidates, as well as exhaustive research and referral methods;
  4. Implementing a screening process encompassing an analysis of candidates, previous job performance, examination of education/training, and consultation with references;
  5. Presenting successful candidates to you and your team. First, through a verbal discussion of the attributes of the candidates relative to the position requirements and the your strategy, and then by way of their resume; and
  6. Maintaining communication with you at regular intervals throughout the entirety of our involvement. This contact occurs not only before the search is begun and during its progression, but is sustained, with the your cooperation, following the placement of the candidate.

Employing detailed job/candidate profiles and sophisticated behavioural screening, our consultants pinpoint high quality candidates who are eager to quickly and efficiently add value to any organization.
